The Baking Nutritionist launched in 2016 as a social media blog and from there it has grown and blossomed in more ways than I could imagine.

I’m a qualified nutritionist (BSc Human Nutrition, University College Dublin), a marketer, a blogger and a content writer.

I started The Baking Nutritionist because I want to show the world that leading a healthy lifestyle does not have to be difficult, expensive or time-consuming.

My passion is to promote a balanced lifestyle and share my knowledge on health, nutrition and food. I want to inspire you, wherever you are, on your journey to being the healthiest version of you.

I want to show the world that home-cooked meals can be fun and easy to create.
