Throwback to the Wibbly Wobbly Wonder. Were you a fan? I sure was.
This homemade version of the Wibbly Wobbly Wonder doesn’t entirely stick to the traditional flavours but it is a similar concept. Try mixing it up with different jelly flavours or, to make these summer treats vegan-friendly, use gelatine-free jelly and a plant-based milk.

3 overripe bananas, peeled and frozen
1 pack of strawberry jelly
100ml milk of choice
Sugar decorations (optional)
Prepare the jelly according to packet instructions.
Blend the frozen bananas and milk until smooth.
Layer the banana and jelly into plastic cups or empty yogurt pots and insert a wooden lollipop stick into the centre. Finish with a layer of banana and sprinkle over some sugar decorations.
Freeze overnight before serving – dip the cups into hot water to help loosen the ice cream.
