There’s nothing quite as handy as making a fridge cake. No need for preheating the oven. No need for testing if the middle is baked. Just pop in the fridge and come back the next day.

Ingredients
200g chocolate
100g smooth peanut butter
40g butter
200g rice krispie cereal (approx)
Method
Line a 8″ square tin with greaseproof paper.
Melt together the chocolate, peanut butter and butter.
Mix in the rice krispie cereal. If the mixture seems very wet, add in an extra handful of cereal.
Press into the prepared cake tin and chill in the fridge overnight until firm before cutting.
