As a baker, one can sometimes feel like it’s a crime to take a short cut. Well let me tell you, there’s nothing criminal about saving yourself a little time!

I hadn’t used a cake mix in years until recently when I picked up the Super Valu own brand chocolate brownie mix. I was curious and definitely not disappointed. To put my own stamp on the recipe I added extra bits of chocolate.
Hope you enjoy!
