We’ve been making this apple cake in my house for a number of years now and it always goes down well. However, I decided to jazz it up a bit with the addition of orange zest and that was definitely a great decision. The taste is beautiful and so autumnal. And if you’re all about the autumnal and seasonal recipes these days, you’ll definitely be keen to try out my Halloween Barmbrack.
Hope you enjoy!
